NATURE
PERFECT MODEL OF COOPERATION
by V.N. RAI. (Ex M.D. KRIBHCO)
If we human beings accept the basic proposition that we are unique, we have to change every second, we have to have motto, we have to observe time and task discipline and create unit in the Universe by integrating ourselves with rest of the entities in the world that will mean a perfect model of Cooperation.
What is Cooperation? The concept can best be understood by asking the self certain basic questions and the answers will lead to the conclusion that Cooperation is what the entire universe is : a production of Cooperation.
The first question is : Who are you? The answer will be the name of the individual i.e. Ram, Shyam, John, Khan etc.
The next question will be : Since when you have this name? The answer will be since birth. Where were you before coming to this world? The answer will be : I was in the mother’s womb. What was your name then? No name. Where did you come from in mother’s womb? I came in the mother’s womb from the egg of my mother and sperm of my father. The next question : Where did the consciousness come from? The answer will be from God almighty who is full of consciousness. From where did the mother’s egg and the father’s sperm come from? The answer will be from mother’s blood and father’s blood. That means every human being comes from blood of his mother and father in the form of matter. From where does that mother’s blood and father’s blood come from? The answer will be from God Almighty who is full of consciousness. From where does the mother’s blood and father’s blood come from? It came from food, the mother and father ate. From where the food came? The food came from vanaspati. Where from the vanaspati came? The Grain, vegetables, fruits etc. come from the cooperation of Punchbhootas. The Earth (Soil), Water (Moisture), Fire (Temperature), Air (Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen) and Space (Aakash).
The seed of wheat put into the soil (earth) with given degree of moisture (water), a range of temperature (fire), proper nutrition in the form of Nutrients (air) and the Space give rise to root which goes down into the earth and the stem which grows above the earth, gives millions of seeds of its own kind. It is the greatest example of Cooperation where Punchbhootas cooperate to give productivity to the benefit of millions. Absence of any one of them or presence of any one of them in undesirable form and quantity will lead to no production of grain.
It is, therefore, clear that all entities in the universe are made of Punchbhootas and the consciousness which comes from God. Now the question is : Where does the Punchbhoots comes from? The answer again is : from God.
St. John writes in the Bible : “In the beginning was the word, the word was with God. Everything came out of it and there is nothing which has not come out of it”.
Similarly, Lord Krishna says in the Bhagwat Geeta, “everything has come out from me and I reside in everything in the form of soul in all living beings; in the form of matter in all existence”.
Everything in the universe is like the organ of the body of God. In the body millions of parts and organs cooperate for existence and growth of body. If any organ fails to do its work, it will resultl in disease and if it is vital organ, it will result in death. Similarly, millions of entities in the nature have to cooperate to sustain the body of God which He has created. Failure of any entity will result in decay and deterioration of quality of life of all.
Billions of laws govern the nature. There is no written instruction or order for the mango tree to grow in certain form and give out so many mangoes for the services of nature. Similarly, there is no law for the grain to multiply into millions of grains for the benefit of the society. The nature follows billions of laws, the fundamentals of this knowledge are summarized in 5 laws :
1. Uniqueness
2. Change
3. Service
4. Time Discipline
5. Task Discipline
Every entity in the nature is Unique and there is no duplication of that. That means specification of every entity is unique. It is supposed to perform unique function which is not being performed by any other entity in the universe. This function is to be performed by this entity only. It is not to be compared with the functions of other entities. Every entity has its own functions. When we compare, we are bringing the philosophy of uniformity. When we do not compare, we are bringing the philosophy of unity and cooperation. Unity requires every independent entity to perform its functions in perfect manner, in cooperation with the whole world, to achieve the greatest result. Uniformity is to work against the natural law as we ask the entity to perform function as per other’s specifications which will not be feasible.
Every entity in the universe is continuously Changing every second. If it does not change, it will not be able to perform its functions in an optimum manner. If we try to hold the water at one place, mosquitoes will breed; but in the flowing water of the Ganga no mosquito is born.
Every entity in the universe is doing its own function for the Service of all other entities. The plants, vegetables, rivers are all performing their functions for the benefit of the society at large, i.e. they have service motto as the main function.
Nature observes perfect Time Discipline. The earth revolves around the sun in 365 days continuously. Similarly, all other natural entities observe time discipline in precision.
Nature also observes Task Discipline. Its entities complete their full tasks in given time.
If we human beings accept the basic proposition that we are unique, we have to change every second, we have to have service motto, we have to observe time and task discipline and create unity in the Universe by integrating ourselves with rest of the entities in the world, that will mean a perfect model of Cooperation.
In the society if we are transparent, we have to observe 3 fundamental principles:
1. Whatever we are doing has the sanction of Law of morality/Law of the Land.
2. Whatever we are doing, we should have full Faith in it, feel proud of the work done by informing 600 crore population of human beings that we have done this, and with full Faith.
3. That our decision does not favour or harm anybody; it is impartial and it is the correct decision which we have taken for the service of the society.
If we allow these, the Cooperation will be successful; if these are not followed, Cooperation will stumble like a pack of cards.
Cooperation is the law of Nature and not Competition. Cooperation means Unity and Competition means Uniformity which is contrary to the Law of Nature. Unity is Growth and Competition is Death.
We try to follow sayins of Guru Nanak :
NAAM JAP, KIRTI KAR”
Remember the Lord to get His Grace and do service to the Society.
Grace of God + Nothing = Everything.
Everything – Grace of God = Nothing.
"Jai Hind" "Jai Sahakar"
