Sh. V Sudhakar Chowdary Chairman Sh. Vallabhaneni Sudhakar Chowdary is B.E. (Industrial Production) and is the Managing Director of Mohan Spintex India Limited. He is the Chairman of AP Spinning Mills Association. Sh. Chowdary is also in the Managing Committees of South India Mills Association (SIMA), Confederation of Indian Textile industry (CITI), Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry Federation and The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council of India. He is on the Board of many cooperative societies in Andhra Pradesh.

Dr. Chandra Pal Singh Vice Chairman

Dr. Chandra Pal Singh Vice Chairman Dr. Chandra Pal Singh is a well-known Cooperator. Currently, he is President of International Cooperative Alliance-Asia Pacific Region (ICA-AP). He was Member of Parliament from Jhansi constituency in the 14^th Lok Sabha during 2004-2009 and Member of Rajya Sabha from 2014 to 2020. He has also served as President of NCUI. He has been Chairman of U.P. Cooperative Marketing Federation (PCF) for more than two terms. In addition, Dr. Yadav is also representing on the Boards of many International, National, State and District Level cooperative organizations.

Dr. Bijender Singh Director Dr. Bijender Singh is a senior cooperator from Delhi, who has been serving on the Boards of cooperative societies at different levels in different capacities. He was a member of Legislative Assembly of Delhi. At present, he is the Chairman of National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd., Vice Chairman National Cooperative Union of India Ltd. and on the Board of many national level cooperative societies.

Sh. M R Sharma Managing Director Sh. M R Sharma is a B.E. (Chemical) from IIT, Roorkee. He has worked in various capacities in KRIBHCO. He was holding the responsibilities of Executive Director of KRIBHCO, Hazira Plant, Production Head as Chief General Manager (Production). Shri Sharma has more than 38 years of experience in operations of giant fertilizer plants in India and Oman.

Sh. Sunder Singh Yadav Director (HR)

Sh. Sunder Singh Yadav Director (HR) Sh. S.S. Yadav is B.Tech (Electronics and Communications) and IES 1989. He has done his Masters from London School of Economics in Public Management. He has also worked on deputation as Director in National Disaster Management Authority, Govt. of India from 2009 to 2011. Sh. Yadav has also worked as Director in Election Commission of India from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this assignment, he has worked as ED (HR) KRIBHCO and Chief Executive Officer Gramin Vikas Trust (GVT).

Sh. V.S.R. Prasad Director (Marketing) Sh. V.S.R. Prasad has done his Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing discipline. He has 34 years of experience in various capacities in Marketing Division of KRIBHCO. Prior to his appointment as Marketing Director, he was working as Executive Director (Coop. Relations and Marketing).

Sh. Manish Kumar Director (Finance)

Sh. Manish Kumar Director (Finance) Sh. Manish Kumar is a B.Tech. (Civil) from IIT, Delhi and is also MBA in Finance. He joined Indian Audit & Accounts Service in 1993, after working in a private sector for 4 years. During his tenure in the Central Government and deputations, he served at senior management level especially in the area Accounts, Audit and Finance for more than 29 years. His experience includes working in Ministry of Finance and multilateral agencies such as UNDP and World Bank.
