Rajan Chowdhry is a Commerce Graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and also a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Shri Rajan Chowdhry has been working with KRIBHCO since June 1984. Before his elevation as Managing Director he served as the Finance Director also. He was on deputation with KRIBHCO Fertilizers Limited as Chief Finance Officer and with Indraprastha Power Generation Company Ltd. (IPGCL) &Pragati Power Corporation Limited (PPCL), Government of Delhi as Director Finance.
V.S.R. Prasad has done his Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing discipline. He has 34 years of experience in various capacities in Marketing Division of KRIBHCO. Prior to his appointment as Marketing Director, he was working as Executive Director (Coop. Relations and Marketing).
Shri M R Sharma has been appointed as the Managing Director of Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO). He assumed the office from 1st September 2024. In addition to the assignment as Managing Director, he will continue to perform the role of Director (Technical).
A Chemical Engineering Graduate from IIT Roorkee (1981), he is having more than 42 years of experience in Fertilizer Industry. He has worked in various capacities in KRIBHCO and Oman including Plant head of Hazira Fertilizer complex. He joined KRIBHCO in the year 1982.
For his commendable contribution and his services, he was awarded as the outstanding CEO by Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry and featured in prestigious 'The CEO Magazine' in the year 2021.
S.S. Yadav is B.Tech (Electronics and Communications) and IES 1989. He has done his Masters from London School of Economics in Public Management. He has also worked on deputation as Director in National Disaster Management Authority, Govt. of India from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Yadav has also worked as Director in Election Commission of India from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this assignment, he has worked as ED (HR) KRIBHCO and Chief Executive Officer Gramin Vikas Trust (GVT).
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with experience of more than three decades in the field of Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Treasury etc. He has worked in finance functions of all areas viz. Plant, Marketing, Internal Audit and Corporate Finance and has held various senior positions in KRIBHCO, KFL and OMIFCO
Mr Manish Kumar is a B.Tech. (Civil) from IIT, Delhi and is also MBA in Finance. He joined Indian Audit & Accounts Service in 1993, after working in a private sector for 4 years. During his tenure in the Central Government and deputations, he served at senior management level especially in the area Accounts, Audit and Finance for more than 29 years. His experience includes working in Ministry of Finance and multilateral agencies such as UNDP and World Bank.
